Welcome packets
Can we introduce some of the career service information in this? So that we can't begin to gather information on the student?
I think this is a great idea! Currently, we don't have welcome packets but I plan to investigate and institute this very soon.
I think Welcome Packets can possibly include a pre-view of graduation information. For example, information about their expected graduation date and the next graduation ceremony that is closest to their completion date; perhaps even information about class ring. Perhaps this can create school pride and also encourage them early on to look to the finish line as graduation will be the culmination of their hard work.

Excellent idea. Career Placement starts in admissions, so setting the stage and collecting information from the beginning is extremely important; including realistic expectations.
