Faculty Involvement
It take all faculty members to work together to ensure the success of the students. It is not a one man show to do this, it takes team work.
If only all the faculty members had this outlook. Wow, things be much more effective.
I agree. Having teamwork realy puts the grease on the cog. 2 people can work like 3 when they work well together. When you get a group working as a team, well, amazing things can happen. The trick is to getting beyond the insecurities and/or ego to work with eachother. In our field of motorcycles these attributes seem to be a major contributor to lack of teamwork.
If I have a student who is struggling I will often ask another teacher how this student is doing in their class and if they have any insight they can share with me as to how they learn best.
