faculty interaction
I'm pleased that our school is small enough that students feel as though the entire school knows them. But I feel there is always room to improve overall.

Are you asking if it is possible to be to helpful? I think encouragement is the best interaction and our availability should students need assistance.

How much interaction is to much?
Our school is fairly large, but they do an excellent job with orientation. We have 6 different programs, so new students get a chance to meet all the Dept. Chairs, some instructors, and all other areas are represented by their top staff. Even for a large school, our students leave feeling excited and more at ease.
