teams

maybe have your students team up so they can questions to each other and quiz each other because they are afraid to ask the same questions in front of the class by themselves.

The synergy that small groups can create to help motivate each other is a valuable tool in retention.

I always encourage my students to get a "like-minded" group together, so each member can empower each other when studying. It has always been a great help and I have noticed that grades improve!

I think teaming up is a great idea cause it is not one student in the spot light. It also gives them a chance to share information to present it together and it gets the ball rolling on teamwork importance
