Very true...and because we go through the process so many times it is difficult to keep our enthusiasm up and to remember that it is new material to our students.

I agree that every student rather they started the class on time or late, should go through all the same steps in the process. We want all students to be successful, and if we skip or leave a step out of the process, that step may be the one that could have saved that very student.
late enrollemts should still go through the same process as any other student. we have new classes every three weeks.
