Once students have enrolled, we have a "meet and greet" with all of the key players of the school. The DOE, student services manager, and supervisor visit each classroom, greet the students individually, and describe their role in the school. Students are asked to write their goals and objectives and what they hope to accomplish by the end of their program and periodically the supervisor reviews the student's status with achieving their goals. All students are greeted at the door the first week of class to ensure they have a sense of "belonging" without fear of getting "lost in the system".
