I look at the bright side of things and express that during my instruction to the students, staying positive is a always a plus.

I also smile and am always happy each and every day I believe this will have a effect on the students if you show a positive attitude.

Frank,

You are 100% correct. I like your wording of "non-positive" instead of negative. Every event can provide a positive learning experience and preparation for the future.

We learn from both positive and negative experiences. Sometimes we learn even more from the negative experiences.

Even if something non-positive happens, it could be turned around to provide a positive learning experience for the students.

Negative attitudes abound. It's easy to be negative but, you have to try = give effort to maintain a positive attitude.

Yes, a negative attitude only makes their learning experience and your teaching experience more difficult.

I agree Rob, a negitive attitude can spread through the class and hinder the students learning.
