I would like to say that my students will try to mirror thier instructor/teacher. They respect them and will follow their lead if they are a good leader. The instructor must set the tone for the class as well as make it a great environment to learn. Every student dreams to have that loving and caring instructor who will dedicate their time and be fair at the same time.
It all stems down to the professionalism of the teacher. Are they on time and prepared for the class? Will the students enjoy the lesson that is being delivered and was it a well thought out lecture that will catch thier minds?
Every instructor is on stage and should present an amazing lesson for each and everyday. If that was successful, the student will crave more knowledge to be back the next day.
