When I first started in the education field, I did not think anything about retention. Then I started working in the trenches and found out that its a huge issue within our school systems.
I agree with this class being insightful on retention. The check list available to students can help them become successful in the correct program.
When our admission people get the students to attend our school, it than becomes my job as an instructor to guide them to graduation.
