There is a great action learning technique called Muddiest Point/Clearest Point. You ask students "what is the muddiest point From today, what is the clearest point". Very quickly you know what needs a review and what was the best learning moment.

I agree with that. I try to use any question that any student ask as a learning moment for all, but also focus toward that student.
Their can be a lot of learning moments during the day, seizing on those moments can have a positive impact on a student.
