Student Involvement
We recently added student organizations this has already proven to be a great step towards retention, student & faculty bonding and individual responibiltiy. The students now take pride in their attendance and grades, and have increased school spirit.
Wonderful! Having students involved builds morale and gives them a sense of accomplishment when rewarded for a job well done. Sometimes we forget they and the staff are humans and need just a little bit of encouragment during this time of learning.
This is great! Student organizations are extremely helpful. They assist us with mentoring, student activities or any other events the school might be having.
