Faculty Involvement
Student "Bonding" is very much a retention value. Students start sharing their fears and experience and support each other. I think all faculty should encourage these types of integration.

One of the most effective way to help build student's self-confidence is by assisting them build a positive relationship between them. Faculty members need to be a role model in that matter.

Students today are tech savvy and they communicate through the "Coconut Telegraph" quite well. Their methods of socializing are email, Facebook and Twitter. The night before and exam, the students are group studying via Facebook and email.
