RT-103, graduation
I really like the concept of getting underclass students involved in upcoming graduation activities, this to me is the carrot in front of the donkey aspect of things, it can and is very motivational, and plants the seed of success to all involved, great concept.
Displaying pictures of graduation to incoming students and current students can be useful in reinforcing its attainability.

I agree. Allowing underclassman to help with graduation is a great incentive. They can see themselves on the stage and it will motivate them.
Graduation for our students is so interactive. The students are encouraged to gather pictures and pick out background songs that will project to their loved ones all their struggles and sacrifices to achieve success. It is enjoyable.
