Our school has several differant times during the year when we address employment. We also keep track of all students who graduate and read Emails about thier sucess in getting a job. This really changes some students drive to want to finish all thier classes and in some cases they even want to do much better .

I ask my students to please come by after they finish school and find a job to come back and talk to my class as to what they were doing and how it was to find a job and how important it was to have there edducation in finding that job.
I do enjoy when my graduating students come by to show their gratitude and offer some encouraging words for the student that were once in their shoes. It shows what focus and drive will have its rewards.
