Placement Web sites
Has your school set up web pages to display student resumes and pictures? Also, what has your success been for this?

It might be tough to drive employers to a schools website to look at student's resumes. Most often employers want to hire people that come to them.

I was hoping to see more posts about this as well. We have a job posting site online that students can check to see local listings. MANY of our job postings are from former alumni seeking skilled graduates.
I am curious to see how having a site for employers to review student resumes would change that. I am wondering if it would have an impact on the overall number of job postings on our job board is employers could contact students directly. Although, I also think it would be of great benefit to students also.
We don't have website for placement. But we have graduated students now become employers come back seeking for new graduate ready to work for them with a promises job. I have many success students!
