Allowing graduates to be a part of Career Services workshop gives students an insight on whats to come post education. Understanding the hurdles and competition allows them to prepare early for their career and the drive to complete their program becomes greater.

Students returning to share their success stories are always a welcome motavation for begining student and also for school personal.
It is good to see your counter parts or others that have graduated,because then you feel that I can do it to. It is a testimony for other students.

It seems to me that inviting graduates to speak to our current classes would have a positive efeect on our current students.
Students need to be aware of career services and in my opinion should have mandatory formalized courses taught by career services experts. In nthis way students will not be ignored or fall through the cracks.
