Treating Student's like customers

Student's are the future of the school, student's further serve as "advertisement" for the institution. Treating student's with the utmost in customer care, creates a positive results in student retention.

I agree students are customers but most importantly they have to want to be in school and put the effort in. Instructors are there to teach and provide the service of education to students who want to change or better themselves.We can be there for support and encouragement as well.

Looking at students as customer is important and necessary, but is only the least. The most that we ccan do for our students is looking at them as a human being who needs our help to change and improve their lives. Thid attitude gives us a passsion, a power, and a will to do our best for their success.
