Happy Students
It's important to understand that the success of the instructor program and even of the school comes from happy students. Happy students mean referrals... referrals means more student which means growth.
This is very true A happy student is a student who will succed. I also want each of us to realize a happy student is one that makes us happy as we see the results of our labor in his or her success

Sometimes educators forget how difficult it is to be a student, especially an adult student who is juggling a lot of different roles (spouse, parent, employee, student, etc.). Students get caught up in the day-to-day challenges and often lose sight of their goals.
Our job as educators is to find ways to keep reminding students of the benefits of the hard work we are asking them to out in. These reminders can come from a variety of sources and can be overt or subtle.
Happy students are good avertising, and we can make the students happy if we give them what they are looking for in class. There are those that make one wonder why they are there, and those have to be dealt with in a special way. Sometimes we have to refocus students away from short term life thrills and back to classroom studies which seems to take away from the happiness, but in the long run they become happier that they were redirected when they see success in the end.

Happy students are great advertisement for what we teach and helps our school as a business. I am one to tell someone else about a bad experience with a business. I wouldn't want a student saying that about me or my training institution.
you are right , we get the correct referrals someone who wants to be there.
I agree with this statement. A satisfied student would be willing to send a friend or relative because they value the education received.
