Example, we have people in place to help students with life’s obstacles. When a student is having issues, we are able to step in and help with Financial Aid, Employment Services, ect…..

What are some of the thoughts students express that need to be redirected?
Sometimes just letting the student know they are not alone and help is available alows the student to redrect their thoughts and help them reach their goals
I believe if you are in the career of education, your main goal should be to change lives.
The company saying here is real and livable.
I tell of my back ground before getting into this field and how glad I am in it. I don't need an alarm clock to get me up to go to work in this industry. I feel my demeaner and abililty to teach the subject manner in an understandable way help to change these lives one day at a time.

Having places/people to help the students is wonderful but when I think of changing lives the first thing that comes to my mind is the students face expression when they have the aawwhhaaa moment, when they figure it out. That is why I like my job.
