Power of vision
Is very important the intructor have a vision from students side to understand what they need to learn.

Faculty and staff need to also motivate the students to stay focus and maintain their vision to finish the pragram and graduate.
As I look back at the students who have been success I see that they had a vision somewhat malformed. I try to have a clearer vision of what they can do by getting to know a little about them and what brought them to where they are now. I articulate ways that we can get them where they wish to be and we share and reshape visions to the point where it is their vision and can truly embrace what is now 'their vision". They own they cultivate and they live it. POWER
