Working in a place when your interacting with the community your service is important. You are trying to full the needed of the target population to become engaged in a behavior change.
I believe we should treat each other with respect and smile. Students, faculty, staff doesn’t matter. All we are human and deserve respect.
Its true its all about communication with students good customer service skills helps them feel comfortable with there tasks and able to work more efficiently at their extern site.
I like the fact that Customer Care starts from the ground up. I really hadn't looked at it that way, but I have seen it from custodians on up. It all adds up.
