Motivation is the key
Everyday I take 5 minutes to motivate the class and share some type of positive reinforcement with them. This leads to major productivity.

Some people believe that it is not possible to motivate someone else. They believe all we can do is create an atmosphere in which a person chooses to do what we would like that person to do. Your excitement helps to create that atmosphere.
It is so easy to motivate a student. If he sees your excitement it is contagious. Find out what he likes to do and give him a project involving his passions. Always reinforce his progress.
motivating the students seems to help them learn faster also,I shair good things that have happened in the field as you learn more about this job,as you become more experianced.
