team playing is a great thing to do at the work place we should all be on the same page

This is a very good point. I also agree with John that every manager should be familiar with the courses they control. They don't have to know everything about the course, but at least be familiar with it.
I agree with John. All team managers should be familiar with the courses that they control and should understand the course material.
It is very important for team members to understand the same information so they are able to work toward the same goals and have a common understanding.
I think that every one in this school including managers and office workers should take this class so that every one can work as a team.
