Team Work
Its real important to work as a team to help with student retention.
It is extremely important to have everyone on board to help accomplish the goals of the organization. I really enjoyed how this module pointed out that negativity can have such a great impact. It seems that in almost every organization there is always someone who brings the rest of the people down. Encouragement goes a long way towards building teamwork!
I also agree. We have one admission rep that takes an enrollee from start to finish, coaching, mentoring, monitoring. This rep has the highest enrollment and retention rates in our facility. He receives the majority of his referrals from graduates, staff, and faculty because of his relationship with all departments and follow through with students.
I agree. Everybody needs to pitch in, from the top to the bottom.
