The organization must function as a team. Any missing components to this chain will result in some breakdowns. These can be costly breakdowns. I feel that negativity is a persons weak side. That is why they so often share it as it is too much for them to handle alone...

Yes I have agree with you, team work are important into an organization my first experience of team work was want I was in high school I was rowing, every person count and must work together, the team must become one, and think the same.

As part of the diesel team I agree completely with you Nick. We are a team and by far the best on campus. A challenge is just simply our next completed project.
