Creating and sustaining a positive Organization Culture is extremely important to the success of the school, students, instructors and administrators. Everyone's actions should be directed towards the good of all. In this way our graduates will be successful with a willing nature to support the school and undergraduates. The school instructors and administrators will also be successful with a willing nature to promote and continue their work.
