Commitment

I believe that it is paramount for the success of an organization that there is a commitment to students. There needs to be a commitment to customer service, improvement, and retention. All these commitments allow an organization to guarantee these non tangible products. How do you guarantee these areas?

Commitment is essential and a step in the right direction. It demonstrates that a vision is in place and those who are committed to the vision are modeling positive behavior and a commitment to customer service. Frequent verbal reminders about good customer service are necessary to keep everyone on track.

Student-centricity is a key component to our institution's mission statement. Facilitating student / graduate academic and professional success is a primary focus of all we do. At the campus level, we take a team approach to actualizing this university value.

i fully agree because it takes a noteworthy dedicated team in order to change lives. our students depend on us and mnay of them come to us because they have no one else. it is our duty to be there for them.
