Bull's Eyes for Team

This graphic struck a cord with me. When I first started at my organization the role I assumed interacted with multiple departments at the campus. Getting that exposure helped me immensely when learning about my school and what we do. I learned the function of all of these separate departments and was able to see their value and how they all linked together to form the big picture. It has helped me when dealing with peers who don't appreciate the other teams and how they all connect. I am able to explain them the link between all the departments and how we couldn't be as successful without each other.

Agreed, if you and your team can not speak to the basic skills of each department it can impact your student body as well as incoming students. There is no "I" in team.

I really like the graphic also! I plan on discussing it at our next department meeting. I how it creates some new dialog in my department!
