Reiforcement of a students work is something I have always tried to be consious of. Students are "proud" of theri accomplishements and us a s teachers shoyuld try to recognize when a student is felling that way.
Yes, there is such a thing as over-doing the reinforcement/praise technique, I have seen other teachers do it, I also try to stay consious of this as i have found myself doing that.
