The first time or two you may have quite a few who are shy and say oh what she said...I encourage them gently to come up with their own voice. I tell them ok you can pass today but tomorrow you will be the person who starts us out, no passing two days in a row. It actually feeds the competiveness in the class to see who can redirect the topic to what they want to say. I have found most people to be willing to be involved. I think the bigger the class the more fun, everyone actually listens to wht the others are saying. Have a blast and let me know if you enjoy it as much as I do.
