In Managing the E-learning environment I learned the following:

Make sure you are familiar with school policy and procedures for disruptive behaviors. I think it will be important to think about how you will handle certain behaviors in the e-learning environment. Suggestions were given however I was hoping for more suggestions for disruptive behavior.
It is important to have a grading scheme created for your e-learning environment.
