<p>I learned about the differt types of students in an e-learning envrironment. It is important to understand the different student types in the course so the student can be addressed in the best way possible. In addition it is importnat to understand why students may want to leave an e-learning program and be able to help the student stay foucsed so the course can be finished successfully. Building relationships with students at the start of the course may help students to not feel alientated and willing to reach out if the student is having issues within the course.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
