Making sure that as a teacher,r I am able to communicate well with students via email and organizing those records. I have learned from the reading is sticking to rules and regulations of the course, but be flexible enough to handle delicate situations. Monitoring behavior conducive to a learning environment and addressing any disruptive behavior is important while adhering to the rules while working online. As a teacher, we may have to counsel a student. It is appropriate to make sure there is a safe place in doing so.
