Rules: (Chapter 6E, Florida Administrative Code) 3. Statues: (Chap 1005, Florida Statues 5) Statutory Guidelines, for the Florida Commission for Independen College. 4. Staff, faculty, and administrative contact information including schedules. 5. Institution catolog including avaiable programs or course, start dates and admission requirement process. 6. Enrollment agreement inclding financial obligations,(institution legally binding agreeent between student and intitution)including information per 7.Tool of the Trade including Marketing materials, Stratigies, meeting the Florida Statute guidelines, ie how to find out how prospective students found out about our institution. 8.Standing operation proceduresall informtion about lead genaration companie, and contact inforamtion. 9.Appropriate questions to ask prospective students within regulatory guidelines inclusding application admission forms/documentation. This course is extremely relevant to the success of an effective Agent and institution success.
