I do print out the material each year and exchange out old and outdated information for new and updated information when I come across it. That is actually the best way I find to maintain my Resource Notebook. I do, however, keep a folder of the old regulations because you will never know when an old process has to be proven, especially during accreditation visits because these do not occur anually.
Many people fail to create and use a Resource Notebook. This is actually a mistake. Information and staying up-to-date about everything are keys to operating a successful institution. It works for us and may work for you too.
