I'm a millennial in regards to when i was born so it was interesting to see that my learning style fell more inbetween Generation X and Baby Boomers. I do tend to be very relational as a person but I also stray from the internet and social media as a primary mode of communication. The face to face interactions are just much more relational and you really get to know someone on a deeper level when you communicate face to face. Especially in regard to conflict resolution, emails and other modes of written communication are very easily misinterpreted. I do work at a fast pace and tend to just pay attention to the specific details and do need to focus more on slowing things down and digging deep into getting to know the other person I'm speaking with. This training definitely helped understand the different generations and how best to relate to them and how to communicate efficiently without unintentionally rubbing someone the wrong way.
