Admission representatives play a huge role in successfully enrolling a prospective student. Prospective students have so many options nowadays, many of them dont really know what they want. One minute they want to do one thing and the next minute it's something else. It's important admission representatives take the time and not only listen but engage the prospective student in a meaningful conversation.
