What have you learned? Being aware of your student's needs is an important part of being an effective instructor.
How can you apply it? I have already begun changing the way I think about students and the ways they are motivated. It is not just throwing out a bunch of information that makes an education. You must throw out the right amount and kind.
What support do you need? I find other instrtuctors to be a valuable resource for not only support but for ideas and information that may be used effectively in the classrooom.
