I have recently completed ED 104. I was very impressed with many of the techniques I learned throughout the course. I am a fairly new instructor and this is the first of the series I was asked to complete following ED 101. I have not had any experience as of this date where I had to deal with an angry student, but it was helpful to learn the proper techniques to handle such a situation. I will say that I have had students that are the silent type. I wil definately be using the ideas presented to address this concern.
As of now, I am very fortunate to be surrounded by other supportive teachers and administration to deal with concerns that I may need advice on ways to address.
