Feedback is important to the student and assist with their learning environment.

I have learned it is important to know which method of online learning will help the student learn best. Also that having a clear communication is very important.

Setting up discussion post not only allows communication between students. It also allows the students to ask quesitons.

Having the correct tools and technology will assist with teaching. 

Revising your course is necessary and must use several sources for a better course. 

Giving feedback in a way that asks questions can help stimulate the student to do further research and to look at the information a differently. 

The use of websites are beneficial to the learning of the student. Also be sure to create a syllabus that includes expectation for communication. 

When the courses and modules are consistent the student does not get confused. The modules at my organization have already be prepared and seem to use this model in most of the courses. 

E-learning programs must be well designed and have a system to complete all steps from design to implementation for a successful course. 

This lesson has shown me the course components and building of a syllabus that is easy to follow and informative.
