Athena, It is difficult to coordinate corrective action across departmental lines; however, the overall success of the institution and students should enable all departments to come together to resolve issues. Athena, An implementation of RT4 is not difficult and rarely have I experienced conflicts between the various department since we are all working for the success of the studnet. The most difficult part is ensuring that all of the procedures are followed to ensure compliance. Sincerely, Chyrl

Jose, Efficiency definitely starts with the first student interation. It has been my experience that the clearer the instructions and request the greater the student's experieince will be when interacting with the different processes.
