Lisa, There are so many things that impact an instructors ability to teach and to be a good teacher. Yes, regulations change how we operate but the characteristics and skills such as knowledge, experience, organization, clear communication but without enthusiasm and motivation all of these other skills are lost. Chris, What a great way to describe School Catalogs-"Owners Manuals". Cindy Bryant
Janel, It is nice that the other schools in the areas are open to you coming in and sharing your unique program with their associates. It is also great that you are available to answer your associates and students questions. Cindy Bryant
Bradley, It is unfortunate that you experienced beginning a course without proper materials. The positive side of this is that you have a perspective that allows to understand how your students would feel and insure that your students have what they need to begin class on a positive note. Cindy Bryant
Jessica, Hi! Hassling a student to obtain a referral is absolutely out of compliance. As you mentioned a college is better off working toward building an excellent reputation and relationship with their students. Cindy Bryant

Sekoya, When a student decides to terminate from an institution they seldom change their mind. On occasion discussing the students investment is an excellent way to get them to see what they are sacrificing by leaving with out their certificate or degree. Cindy Bryant
Sophia, Disclosures are often overlooked simply due to the magnitude of the paperwork that students are confronted with upon enrollment. Every college should consider a viable way to reintroduce the disclosures to the students to reinforce their information in doing so you are able to uphold a higher compliant standard. Cindy Bryant
