Jennifer, Unfortunately, due to a few "bad actors" in the career college industry many regulations were warranted. Apparently the USDOE has not achieved the results that they had hoped for and the regulatory environment has become more intense. Cindy Bryant

Doug, Checklists are a very effective tool to keep track of important documents. In the event a student forgets a document's contents you will have the signature as a back-up. Cindy Bryant

Heather, It is good to know that you are not cold calling and soliciting enrollments. However, it is OK to cold call but I would advise that you review the D-N-C website first. Cindy Bryant

Tony, As a small school your reputation is very important. Addressing student complaints is critical and the higher your student satisfaction the better. Word of mouth is your best advertising. Cindy Bryant
