As long as a school {or admissions representative) delivers on those points they will be comfortable recommending their school to others. For the most part prospective students make their decisions based on the relationship with their admissions representative. Cindy Bryant

Andrew, A student hotline is a wonderful way to let students know that they have the freedom to report indiscretions. It also sends a message to the students that the school is ethical and has nothing to hide. Cindy Bryant

Josh, When it comes to professionalism, teachers have to balance connecting with students and projecting a professional image.
