Shelly, Exit interviews can be enlightening. I am sure that your college would love to have assistance in conducting these interviews and analyzing the data. Cindy Bryant
Marisa, The interview process should be taken seriously and performed in-depth. An excellent interviewer will ensure they ask the questions that would give them insight as to whether or not the person would be a good fit for the organization. This is the time that you discuss a colleges mission, value premise and dedication to a compliant environment. By doing this up-front the candidate is clear on the importance of compliance. This will help an organization build a strong, successful team. Cindy Bryant

Marisa, Being able to admit that you don't have an answer indicates that you are human...and it is impossible to know everything. In a compliant rich environment it is more important to give the right answer. Cindy Bryant

Arrington, Many schools create committees to review the details of an educational exit to incorporate needed changes. As for the FA exits the measurement is in the schools cohort default rate. Cindy Bryant
Dawn, What a great idea! Offering online texts really helps to avoid confusion, complaints and compliance issues. Cindy Bryant
Ana, You mentioned coming into work early and staying late, which is above above and beyond the call of duty. These character traits deserve recognition. Cindy Bryant

Ana, Do you find that prospective students appreciate you taking the time to go through the catalog with them? Do you find it beneficial from a compliance standpoint to slow-down and explain the catalog in greater detail? Cindy Bryant
Karen, You have a unique perspective having been on both sides of the fence so to speak. Could you further explain your role when you were paid per students you served? Cindy Bryant
