Erin, It's great that you are open to trying new things. Keep us posted on how things go! Dr. Jean Norris

It's happened in other industries and now I'm curious what you think about higher education; can any of the roles/positions in the front end process be replaced with technology?  Yes or No?  Which ones?  and what impact would that have?

The career college sector has long been the leader in innovation!  Given the pressure on admissions in compliance areas as well as the high demands of student (customers)...do you think the world of admissions may ever be automated to a certain degree?  What about financial aid?

So what are your thoughts on "changing" how for-profit colleges operate?  Check out this article and let me know what you think.

I thought this article presented an interesting (and somewhat balanced) look at the industry.  What are your thoughts on what has to change in for-profit education?

@Charper8813 :So is this a good or bad thing, Charles?

Sophia, So it sounds like you allow the student to be heard and then provide a response that is customized and specific to the student's wants and needs - great approach! Thank you for providing the example. Dr. Jean Norris
It's great that you recognize that you have traits from the baby boomer generation. How do you think your mix of traits help you in your role?
Ken, Very nice reframing. Isn't it interesting how perceptions of "expensive" are actually based on value? Thanks for sharing! Dr. Jean Norris
Hi Charles. Can you explain more specifically what you mean but "the only solution is time?" Dr. Jean Norris
