kelsey, I see what you are saying. When it comes to prospective students we have a regulatory responsibility to provide specific disclosures. When they are substituted by a superlative we have subverted the regulation as well as mislead a potential student. James Faulkner

Jodie, I agree. I have followed up with actual documentation for years. While the person may not be interested in looking at all the documentation, it certainly leads to a credible acceptance of the fact(s). James Faulkner

Mayra,I agree. Personal information should only be disclosed to those it was designed to be disclosed to. Additional disclosure must be based on the student's permission to disclose. Any exception made to disclosure (subpeona, federal law) must be documentated in the student file. James Faulkner

CLAUDIU ,in summary, the worst issue is the student who invested time and money because they were mislead. The ramifications can go out 10 years afterward as they pay loans back each month and have nothing to show for it including the job that would have allowed them to repay their loans. James Faulkner
