The rules and regulations were put in place because of complaints over misleading advertising, abuse of personal data or use of superlatives to misrepresent facts. When the education community takes action to improve the daily results through training the compliance results will become automatic. We need to take pride in what we do and we can only do that by examining the issues professionally and by taking the action to represent ourselves transparently to our community we serve. Withdrawn students account for a significant amount of the students that default on student loans since they were relying on learned job skills to obtain a job that would make the payments affordable. Home Office tracks these students for 3 years, providing loan management help as well as feedback to the campuses when they indicate they would like to return to finish their training.
