Kimberly,I agree. Unfortunately, there will always be associates who believe they are doing the right thing but lack the technical acumen to ensure they are in total compliance. That is why the course exists. Everyone's daily routine utilizes multiple compliance regulations, many of which are mentioned in the training. It is the knowledge and utilization of these regulations that make our associates truely professional. James Faulkner

Edna,I totally agree. What starts out initially as a routine matter with little thought as to unauthorized disclosure can rapidly become a very important incident in a student's life. Associates who can not heed a warning are going to learn through some difficult experiences. Safeguarding and protecting personal information regulations exist because of the multiple incidents that have hurt students. James Faulkner

dorothy,when admissions explains a program, shows the campus facilities on a tour and discloses average loan debt, costs, campus crime statistics, graduation rates, placement rates, future potential salary ranges it is not a sales pitch, it is facts. Our pride in our product, our preference to transparently describe our product and its outcomes are powerful inducements. It gets even better when other departments the student contact display in the pride in helping a student succeed. Referrals should be taking place at every campus. James Faulkner

Christine, referals are generated by all of the campus associates. Admissions and Financial aid can provide terrific services only to have it wiped out by another service associate. Referrals come in because the student liked the entire service provided. James Faulkner
