cindy, The true measurement is not enrollment, it is graduation and placement. Admissions works hard to recommend students who are able to benefit from our product. Presentation of factual and documented materials, explanation of each program and where you they could work, verifying POG and testing and a host of other requirements to get the right student enrolled is a challenge. Superlatives are potentially damaging to the student while accurate disclosures assist in building the foundations of trust the student needs to succeed. James Faulkner

Maria, I agree that loss of Titlte IV would be a very serious consequence. Loss of one or more students - our product - is the most serious consequence to me. James Faulkner
Leon, Thats a good thing. Providing correct, documented and transparent facts sothe student can make a value decision is good too. James Faulkner
Schreese,I suspect it would not be the money but the loss of your reputation amoung the students and your peers that would be the most damaging on a personal level. Of course the damage to a student could range from loss of trust to physical or financial injury. James Faulkner

Marie, I think adults seldom commit to action until they make a judgement as to why they should. Providing transparent information about programs and disclosing documented facts on graduation rates, salary and placement rates help our students evaluate the information and decide on the actions they take. Schreese,I agree. Better to disclose facts and where the facts came from. Reputation and credibility also affect judgement. James Faulkner

Troy, I agree that you can use a superlative that can be backed up with supporting disclosures. I still think the best practice is to disclose the number or percent. It is a matter of credibility. Our culture has learned to suspect superlatives and disclosing specific numbers is simply more credible. James Faulkner
Timi,I see what you are saying, but this course is an exdample of an action by Concorde and the results can be seen in the forum comments. In some ways it is both. James Faulkner
